Remote Support Detailed

1. Click Get Support button at the bottom of this page. 
2. You will be prompted to download a file

 

    3. Click on Run. After it downloads you will see a Security Warning that you will need to click Run also.




    4. You will then see the following screen and fill out Name, Email, and brief description.



    5. After filling out form click on the SEND REQUEST button and you will see:



    6. Sit back and relax!!
